Alekseeva A.B. was born in Tiraspol, MSSR in 1965. In 1986, she graduated with honors from the philological faculty of the Tiraspol State Pedagogical Institute. She worked as a teacher of Russian language and literature, head of the editorial and publishing department of the Administration of the President of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.
In 2003 she graduated with honors from the Transnistrian State University with a degree in Jurisprudence. In 2005 she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of legal sciences. From 2003 to 2008, she worked at the Arbitration Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika as the chief consultant, advisor to the Chairman of the Arbitration Court of the PMR.
In 2008, she was appointed a judge of the Arbitration Court of the PMR. After retiring to an honorary retirement, she moved to teaching at the Transnistrian State University named after I. T.G. Shevchenko, where she worked as an associate professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law, acting Dean of the Faculty of Law.
