Acting Khabarovsk Krai Governor Mikhail Degtyarev introduced the new Deputy Prime Minister for Social Affairs, who is the former head of the Department of Administration and Coordination of Activities of the Moscow City Health Department and a member of the editorial board of the magazine «Public Law Today» Evgeny Leonidovich Nikonov.
Evgeny Leonidovich graduated from the Far Eastern State Medical University (Khabarovsk) in 1997, specializing in «General Medicine». After graduating, he worked as a doctor in the intensive care unit of the cardiology department of the Khabarovsk Road Clinical Hospital, an assistant in the department of hospital therapy at the Far Eastern State Medical University, the head of the department of gastroenterology and clinical laboratory diagnostics at the Institute for Advanced Studies of Healthcare Specialists, and vice-rector of the Far Eastern State Medical University.
