Alexander I. Rolik

Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Primorsky Territory of the sixth convocation, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation,
PhD in Law (Vladivostok, Russia)

Born on April 28, 1956 in the city of Rostov-on-Don.
In 1978 he graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of the Far Eastern State University, in 1991 — from the Far Eastern Social and Political Institute. Candidate of Legal Sciences. Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation.
From 1981 to 1992, he held military service in operational and leadership positions in the state security agencies. From 1992 to 2003 he served in the tax police, including the position of the head of the Directorate of the Federal Tax Police Service of the Russian Federation for the Primorsky Territory, from 2003 to 2010 — in the drug control authorities as the head of the Office of the Federal Service of the Russian Federation for Drug Control across the Primorsky Territory. From 2010 to October 2012 — Head of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Primorsky Territory. Since October 2012 — Vice Governor of the Primorsky Territory, oversaw issues of internal policy, interaction with the Legislative Assembly of the Primorsky Territory, the Election Commission of the Primorsky Territory and local government bodies.
On September 18, 2016, he was elected a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Primorsky Territory of the sixth convocation from the Primorsky regional branch of the All-Russian political party «United Russia».
On October 5, 2016, he was elected Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Primorsky Territory of the sixth convocation.
