Svetlana Viktorovna Yachevskaya was born on April 10, 1977 in Moscow.
Education
She received her higher education at the International Independent Environmental and Political Science University, from which she graduated in 2001 with a degree in law.
Candidate of law, associate Professor.
Labour activity
Since December 1999, she has worked for about four years at the Moscow law center bar Association. At first, she worked as an assistant lawyer, trainee, and later became a member of this Board.
In July 2003, she got a job at the Ministry of property relations of the Russian Federation, where she served as Deputy head of the Department and then as head of the Department.
In June 2004, she occupied the position of Deputy head of the Department- head of the Department of the Federal Agency for Federal Property Management.
From November 2008 to May 2017, she headed the legal Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
In May 2017, she left the Ministry of Finance and joined Vnesheconombank as Deputy Chairman. She is a member of the Board of VEB.
Awards and titles
She has the class rank of «full state adviser of the Russian Federation, class 3».
In 2010-2011, she received a number of commendations — from the President, the government, and the Minister of Finance, and was awarded the medal of the order of merit to the Fatherland, II degree.
