Alexey Narykin was born on April 14, 1955. In 1978, he graduated from the Kuibyshev Polytechnic Institute with the qualification of chemical engineer-technologist (direction-chemical technology of oil refining).
In 1990, he also received a diploma in the field of party and Soviet construction, a political scientist, and a teacher of socio-political disciplines in higher and secondary educational institutions.
He started his career at the NovoKuibyshev oil refinery.
In the 1990s, he worked as mayor of Novokuybyshevsk.
He headed the NovoKuibyshev branch of the savings Bank of the Russian Federation.
In 2001, he headed the Astrakhan branch of the savings Bank.
In 2003, he became head of the Saratov branch No. 8622 of Sberbank of Russia.
