After serving in the border troops (1987-1989) and service in the Internal Affairs Directorate of Orenburg (1989-1990), from 1990 to 1994 he studied at the Ufa Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, after which he received the qualification «Lawyer «, Specialization» Jurisprudence «.
From 1995 to 1998 he studied full-time postgraduate studies and in 1998 he defended his Ph.D. thesis in the specialty 12.00.03. In 2006 he defended his dissertation on the topic «Reconciliation of the parties in conflicts of a private law nature» for the degree of Doctor of Law, specialty 12.00.15.
In 2007 he was awarded the academic title of professor.
Research interests are related to material and procedural civil law.
Askhat Nazargalievich is the author of more than 80 scientific works on the problems of material (civil) and procedural (civil procedural) law.
More than 20 candidate dissertations have been prepared and successfully defended under his supervision.
