Scientific and pedagogical experience — 15 years, practical experience-17 years. From 1992-1997, he studied at the Moscow Institute of Economics, politics and law and the Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with the qualification of lawyer in the specialty «Jurisprudence». In 1996, he was awarded the qualification of lawyer-translator of the German language. From 1997-2001, he studied at the postgraduate school of the law faculty of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. From 2004 to 2007, he studied at the all-Russian state tax Academy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation»; qualification-economist in the specialty «Accounting, analysis and audit». Since 2002, Imeda Tsindeliani has been conducting research and teaching activities at the Russian Academy of Justice as a senior lecturer, associate Professor, and Professor of the Department of Financial law. From 2003 to 2012- Deputy head of the Department of financial law for academic work. Since October 23, 2012, he has held the position of head of the Department of financial law of the RAJ, which he was elected to by competition. I. A. Tsindeliani is a member of the International Association of financial law, a member of the scientific Advisory Council of the Federal arbitration court of the Central district, a member of a number of editorial boards of legal journals, author of more than 50 works (textbooks, manuals, scientific and practical manuals, comments on laws and scientific publications) with a total volume of more than 150 p. s. Under the scientific supervision of I. A. Tsindeliani, three theses for the degree of Candidate of Law in the specialty 12.00.14 have been successfully defended.
