Biography
Born June 12, 1968 in the city of Uzhur in Krasnoyarsk region.
He graduated from the Leningrad higher political school of the USSR interior Ministry (1989), Saint-Petersburg state University (2000), Saint-Petersburg University of MIA of Russia (2003).
1998 – 2002 assistant Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a staff member of the office of the Association «YABLOKO».
2002 – 2004 Deputy mayor of Arzamas.
2004-2013 head of the Federal Antimonopoly service Department.
2013-2016 Deputy head of the Federal Antimonopoly service.
On March 3, 2016, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation, was appointed a member of the Central election Commission of the Russian Federation.
